Living Faith celebrates 1st Birthday
The birthday celebration continues through the month of
June as the church kicks off it's 10% weekly mission tithe
campaign and begins a month long series entitled, "Imagine
a Community" in which we will begin dreaming God's dreams
for our church and community together.

Living Faith Christian Community
celebrated it's first birthday on
Pentecost Sunday, May 31, 2009.
The day included a celebration of
the Lord's Supper, a candlelight
vigil, and sharing fellowship
around the Pentecost birthday
cake designed by Deanna Shifley.
The celebration extended in the
community with our birthday blog,
"Make a Wish" that was featured
in a Journal-News tie-in ad. We
even had one family from the
community join us because of the
ad/blog!
The birthday bash began on May
17 when Rev. Gary Bowman,
former EA National Minister joined
us as a special guest.

The Gathering featured times of worship, several workshops,
networking and fellowship. Pastor Ron led a workshop entitled
"Using Multimedia in Worship & Christian Education." Over 75
people attended the event from EA churches in Indiana and
